I am trying to pull in deals matching a filter, mostly works great apart from 

 

Organisation

Person Name (contact Person)

Owner (user)

All the above brings in is the ID from pipedrive not the name, does anyone know how i can bring the name in. I am also struggling with a custom field which is an address field which in my zapier table appears blank and there is no data but there is?

 

ultimately these records need to then go into a smartsheet on a new row - i have this working but missing the data to map the fields

Add more Zap steps:

  • Action: Pipedrive - Find Organization
    • Search by Organization ID
  • Action: Pipedrive - Find Person
    • Search by Person ID
  • Action: Pipedrive - Find User
    • Search by User ID

Sorry i am very new to this, but it doesnt seem to work, am i doing something very obviously wrong?

so i have got the find to work, but have i got it in the wrong order or am i missing a step

When in doubt, test it out.

Order does not matter in this case.

FYI: The Find steps, when searching by the ID field, expect the ID value of the record (number).

You have to map the relevant ID’s in User, Person and Organization, If you could provide a detail of the data that is coming in the first step we would be able to point which to use and where.
