I want to use Zapier to trigger a Squadcast "event link" when a specific Calendly event is created.  But it seems the Squadcast link is created for ALL Calendly events.  I'm sure there's a way - otherwise this would be ridiculous.  Please help.

To add up with Troy's suggestion. To set up a Zap that triggers only for specific Calendly events, configure a Calendly "Invitee Created" trigger, add a "Filter" step to specify conditions (for example, matching the event name), and then set up your Squadcast action. The Zap will proceed only if the filter conditions are met, ensuring they trigger the desired events.

Thanks ​@JammerS JammerS! I followed your instructions which worked. But now the meeting attendee is receiving TWO meeting confirmations. One from Calendly that does not have a Squadcast Link in it. AND a Second from Zapier that does not have the templated confirmation text and instructions in it.  This appears clunky on the recipient’s end.  And means that they will receive reminders from Calendly that don’t have the squadcast link.  Can you please direct me on how to make there be just ONE meeting confirmation with the Squadcast Link - ideally from Calendly?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please send a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

Additionally, please share a screenshot of the Zap run that shows the two meeting confirmations?
