My task is to create Customers in Zoho Books once a new Company object is created in Hubspot.

I need a logic to fill Tax ID in Zoho if my Company is located outside United States or to fill Zip code if the Company is located in the United States.

I have two properties/fields in my Hubspot that outline the Company location: Country/Region - system property, Country - custom property. The filter I have created in Zapier can’t see the Country property from my Hubspot, consequently I am not able to add this logic for further actions based on the data in these fields.

 

What am I doing wrong? Or how can I solve this task otherwise?

Make sure to select additional properties to retrieve in your Zap trigger step.

Make sure to select a Zap trigger example that has the values populated in HubSpot to help you configure the Zap action steps.

Hello ​@Troy Tessalone , yes, I checked these points and I did include “Country” in the list of additional properties. Also, I am pretty sure the example company has “Country” property filled in my Hubspot.

Post more screenshots showing:

  • How your Zap trigger step is configured
  • DATA OUT from your Zap trigger step for the selected example
    • This will should have the same ID as below
  • Matching record in HubSpot with the properties populated
    • This should have the same ID as above

Hello ​@Troy Tessalone, thank you for your cooperation, after a careful check I was able to pull the ‘Country’ field. Thank you.

But another question arose: how can I map my company’s associated contact to the ‘Contact’ field which will be created in Zoho?
