I’m using Email Parser by Zapier, to parse an email from Gmail.
The parsing is working, but as I’m parsing an email field, instead of only parsing email@example.com it parses firstname.lastname@example.org (mailto:email@example.com). Is there a way to avoid parsing (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org)?

I solved it sending the email as plain text.
TIP: Use a more robust email parser app such as Mailparser: https://zapier.com/apps/mailparser/integrations#triggers-and-actions
