How do I avoid extracting "mailto:" when parsing an email address?

Hi,

I’m using Email Parser by Zapier, to parse an email from Gmail.

The parsing is working, but as I’m parsing an email field, instead of only parsing example@email.com it parses example@email.com (mailto:example@email.com). Is there a way to avoid parsing (mailto:example@email.com)?

Thanks!

Regards, Miguel

I solved it sending the email as plain text.

Hi @miguelduffy

TIP: Use a more robust email parser app such as Mailparser: https://zapier.com/apps/mailparser/integrations#triggers-and-actions
