Question

How can I use Looping by Zapier to automate several birthdays being added to a calendar from Google Sheets?

Every week a google sheet gets updated with new hires, and they have their birthdays added to the sheet.
I added a column titled ‘added to calendar” and the ones that have “no” are the ones that will be triggered by zapier. The new hires are usually added in the last rows (e.g. 142) so I need to get multiple rows in case there’s 3 new hires.
I tried using looping but when I did a run test, zapier added more than 10 events in the google calendar, and the title of the event was birthday: multiple name of employees instead of birthday: name of one employee.
The current steps that I have are:
1. Schedule (every monday at 9am)
2. get multiple rows (advanced) - I probably have something here wrongly set up
3. Looping by zapier - I don’t know what to put here as the previous set up didn’t work.
4. and create detailed event.

Hi @Sofia Lopez

Looping help: https://zapier.com/apps/looping/integrations#help

Try this GSheet Zap action: Lookup Spreadsheet Row

Allows you to search for rows based on a matching Column Value.
