Try this Zap trigger: Outlook - New Attachment
You may not need the Formatter step if you are using a static address value.
Would need to see how your Filter step is configured.
Instead, make sure your Filter step has a condition that checks the subject contains the desired address value.
To have more info about the Zap step with an error, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode for the “Configure” section.
