I created a zap to create a new line on a Google Sheet when a Docusign envelope with a certain field is sent. I tested this many times successfully, including earlier today. Then when I went to send my bulk template (which was approximately 130 docusigns) I received a message from Zapier that I have 126 tasks being held. I logged in to see if I could run them again, but when I filter there are no tasks being held. How do I fix this? I am extremely frustrated because I have done extensive testing and this needs to work.

Check your Zap Run history activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

You can filter by Status = HELD

Try removing the Status filter.

Then try filtering by Zap or App (Docusign) to narrow the results to see if the Zap Runs processed as expected.
