Hi everyone,


I’m trying to set up a Zap that pulls a client’s mailing address once they’ve completed their funding in InvestNext so we can send them a physical thank you card. I’ve set the trigger as InvestNext - Updated Opportunity Stage (Funded), but when I test it, the data that comes through doesn’t include the client’s physical address.


Has anyone figured out how to pull mailing addresses from InvestNext? Any tips or workarounds would be super helpful!

Were InvestNext’s Support team able to help suggest a workaround (potentially via Webhooks by Zapier 🤔) for getting the address details from their app?

I’d recommend also contacting Zapier’s Support team to flag that the client’s address details are missing. I’m not sure if it’s intentional that the address fields aren’t included or if it’s a bug that causing them to not come through. Either way they’ll be able to log a new bug report, or feature request, to the developers of the InvestNext app to ensure it’s put on their radar for future updates.
