Hi, I have zaps from Facebook Lead Forms to Google Sheets. Randomly today i have received a tonne of emails saying:

Error message: Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution.

is this because my google sheet is taking too long to respond (data heavy) or is this something else?

I turn the zap on fine it runs one replay and turns off again

Unfortunately they all have the same error.. i ended up clearing out the google sheet as it may have been data heavy - seems to have worked! thanks for your help though

Hi @ParkHill

Check your Zap Runs history activity for clues: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@ParkHill

Go back and find the Zap Runs where the errors started.

I have exactly this problem as well on one particular zap but only since yesterday - it runs okay without errors but randomly turns off. Then I also get the error message you mention, where it says it errored because it was turned off (but it certainly wasn’t turned off by me).

What did you do to try and fix it, and has it permanently worked?

Thanks!

@ParkHill and @charliebequiteq

Zaps don’t work with GSheets over 10k rows.

Zaps will auto turn off when repeated errors are encountered.
