Hello Bar trigger produces "We couldn't find a subscriber"

Ok, this is my first Zap.  When I capture an email via a Hello Bar email capture popup, I want the contact to be loaded to my ActiveCampaign account.  But when I create the trigger, I get a "We couldn't find a subscriber" message although I’ve tested the popup 2x with 2 different emails.  Help!?!?

If you are having trouble loading sample data, you can try skipping the test call which will load very static sample data. Configuring the Zap to ActiveCampaign.

Once published, run a live test.
