  • Halo Service Solutions error: invalid_requesterror_description:The specified Client ID has been denied access.

I’m having the same issue as in this post: 

 

However I don’t understand the resolution.

Does any one know specifically what is needed to be done on the Halo side to make this work?

  1. What does this mean???: The Halo ZAP uses a hard-coded client_id. 
  2. HOW?: Halo has a Zapier Integration that must be enabled.
  3. HOW?: It is not obvious on the Halo side if it is enabled or not.  After confirming it was enabled...

Good question.

The provided resolution make it seem like the Zapier integration must be enabled in Halo Service Solutions.
