Hello, I am getting the error below when trying to connect to gravityforms

 

authentication failed: We ran into an error and were unable to complete the request. This kind of error is usually cause by a malformed Base URL, but could have other causes. Please provide this error message to Support if you wish to escalate: AppError: {"message":"Zapier Add-On is not Updated or Installed. Your current version of the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-on is not compatible or is not installed and activated. Please update Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On or verify that the add-on is installed and activated."}

Alternative is to use the Gravity Forms Webhook Add-On: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

Configure the generated unique webhook URL in Gravity Forms, then test.
