Hi there Zapier Community!

With the knowledge of this community, I’m there is a simple solution to my problem. If you have the time I would really appreciate your assistance!

I’m having trouble with integrating the Gravity Form on my website to Zapier. The Gravity Form was set up by my developer, but I do have administrative capabilities with my username.

When I attempt to integrate Zapier with Gravity Forms via the REST API through my Wordpress dashboard, I get this error message:

authentication failed: We ran into an error and were unable to complete the request. This kind of error is usually cause by a malformed Base URL, but could have other causes. Please provide this error message to Support if you wish to escalate: AppError: {"message":"Zapier Add-On is not Updated or Installed. Your current version of the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-on is not compatible or is not installed and activated. Please update Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On or verify that the add-on is installed and activated."}

I should add that Gravity Forms is updated, and I made sure to set the REST API v2 to Read/Write as per the Zapier & Gravity Form Integration guidelines.

Possible solutions:

  1. Do I need to pay for a premium Gravity Forms subscription to make this work?
  2. Someone mentioned using Gravity webhooks instead, but I’m not sure how to accomplish this
  3. Should I pay for a premium Zapier subscription to get a support agent’s assistance?

Thank you very much!
