I am trying to connect my Zapier to WordPress Gravity forms, and I am unable to do and running into the following issues

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: Your current version of the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-on is not compatible. Please update your add-on to use the Zapier integration.

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

What can I do to resolve this?

@Andrew Hart

Alternative is to use the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

The Zap trigger would be Webhook (Catch Hook) which will generate the webhook URL to place on the Gravity Form: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations
