Grain recording upload fails with 414 error in Google Docs

My workflow for taking a new Grain recording, getting the transcript and then uploading it as a file in Google Docs seems to be failing often with a 414 error but the URL doesn’t seem long to me at all, not sure what is causing this. Every other new grain recording ends in failure. Anyone seen this before? Images attached below

Help us have more info about the error by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
