Hi there @morganzolko,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like Google Sheets might be creating new rows at the bottom of your spreadsheet.

Based on our notes here’s how you resolve this issue:

Problem: This can be caused by Data Validation, which is when columns have specific formats that they are expecting, like a dropdown menu or boolean checkbox. It looks like this (sorry for the extremely limited context in this screenshot): https://cdn.zapier.com/storage/photos/b32f853225cb96b87765266749fa587a.png

When setting up data validation, Sheets will ask for a range of rows, and the default is rows 1-1000. Any "empty" row that pre-contains this data validation structure will be viewed by Zapier as already full, and the Zap will add new rows beneath it.

Solution: Delete all the "empty" rows. This sounds like it will ruin everything, but don't worry too much: as long as the Zap is providing data that fits the data validation structure of specific columns (e.g. valid dropdown menu choices), then new rows added by the Zap will appear the same as manually added rows.

Hopefully, this helps!
