Google Sheets to LeadConnector: One custom field not populating despite similar setups

I have a zap from a spreadsheet “ when a row is created” to go to leadconnector “ update contact”. It is populating every custom field except one. I have hundreds of accounts set up this same way with no issues but one is having an issue with populating one custom field. Any help on how to get the field to populate would be greatly appreciated.

Good question.

We would need to see detailed screenshots to have more context about the encountered issue.

Make sure to check the custom field settings in GHL.
