hey, I have the template to transfer email and sms to postscript and klaviyo via zapier but the actions part is very confusing… I couldn’t get the postscript API to work (keeps reading error) and not sure what to put in the placeholders for klaviyo? my own email and information? Seems odd… can anyone help please and thanks so much!

If so would you be up for sharing some details on how you got things solved? Asking as it would be super helpful to others with similar issues that may come across this thread in future.
If not and you’re still stuck we’d be happy to assist, we’ll just need a bit more details on what the full error message is and which app was displaying it. And as we don’t have access to view your Zaps we’d really appreciate it if you could also share some screenshots, as Troy mentioned so we can better advise on what tweaks might need to be made to the Zap to get it working.
