How do I perform a lookup and update multiple rows in Google sheet?

I have a loop call schedule using Synthflow - trigger and after a call completes, i set up a lookup in Google Sheets and update rows in same spreadsheet. But how do I lookup and update multiple rows automatically to all the looped calls performed?

Hi there @ivy M,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step in EDIT mode that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

Thank you so much for responding Ken.

I was told that I can use Digest as my webhook received is per call so I need to bundle all the requests using Digest but I am having trouble to understand where should I add Digest and how to exactly configure it.

My intention is to get the calls information - webhook request to be updating my google sheet on real time or at least close to real time.

Thanks for the update here @ivy M,

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

Thank you for getting back to me on this.
You want to put the digest step before the Google sheet step to ensure the Zap adds stores before the details are added in the Google sheet.

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
