I’ve got zaps that connect to my business profile and to my google sheets, and it used to send over google reviews whenever they were received, but now I have to manually do test-runs to get these to come over into my sheet. They don’t do it automatically anymore. What do I need to do to fix this?

Check these steps:

Confirm the Zap is turned on and not paused due to errors.

Reconnect your Google Business Profile in the trigger step, as the connection can expire.

Ensure the trigger is set to New Review and that new reviews are coming in after the Zap was activated.

If the Google Sheet was edited (columns renamed, sorted, etc.), reselect the correct spreadsheet and worksheet in the action step.

If it still does not run, turn the Zap off and back on or recreate it to reset the connection.

Please post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context.
Please check if the trigger data is change and you have to dynamically map it again. Hope it helps!
