Hi @Uzair Saeed,

Welcome to the Community.

The "File not found: U D" error when uploading files from GoHighLevel to Google Drive likely means Zapier can't locate the file. To troubleshoot, ensure the file URL is correct and publicly accessible, use the correct field containing the file URL, and test the GoHighLevel step to verify the URL is being fetched properly.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Well i did some research and experiments and found out it was not a file error at all that error said about file but the error was in Folder it was being created Dynamically on Contact name when a contact fills out a form…..so in the next step it generated that error once i gave him a parent folder rather than dynamic folder it automatically uploaded the file in that specific folder and also made a new folder by the name of a lead name…….So i guess i have to make another zap for it to move the file in that Folder or send the file directly to the folder that has the same dynamic name.

Hi @Uzair Saeed,

Great job identifying the issue! If the folder isn't set up correctly, unexpected behavior can occur when creating folders dynamically. You can either create a separate Zap to move the file or modify your current Zap to upload it directly to the dynamically named folder. Ensure the 'Create Folder' step generates the folder based on the contact's name, and the 'Upload File' step uses that output. The exact steps may vary depending on the apps used.

Keep up the good work, and don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions or have any issues!
