I have been working with several zaps including google drive steps to upload or retrieve files, so far without issues.
Since a couple of days ago I started receiving alerts from all zaps, signaling a generic “Internal error” on ALL google drive steps, for no apparent reason.
Nothing was changed in the zaps and all the connection with the google drive app have been reconnected and retested successfully.

 

Can anyone help?

It seems like you are already in touch with our Support Team about this issue. It would be best to continue the conversation with them via email, as our Support Team has the necessary tools to investigate the Zap and its logs in detail to determine the cause of the issue.

If you cannot find their response, I recommend checking your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com. Sometimes their emails can accidentally end up in the spam/junk folder.
