I’ve seen several help questions on this topic already, but they haven’t resolved my issue. I am trying to create a zap that will send a message to a Google Chat Space. I’ve followed the directions and installed the Zapier App for Chat, I can activate it and use it in a Direct Message, but when I install it in a space it looks at is if is there, but it doesn’t respond to Zapier commands. @zapier /zapier_settings it says “Sorry I didn’t understand that.” When I go into Zapier and try to use the Google Chat function, my Space isn’t available. I can only see my two DM chats where I installed it. Can someone please explain what is missing?

We apologize if you’re having trouble setting up a Zap with Google Chat. Ensure you have the necessary permissions, reinstall the Zapier app, and check your Zapier settings. Test the app by sending a message from Zapier to Google Chat. If issues persist, contact Zapier support for further assistance.
It sounds like this is going to be a Google issue. I’ll report back when I learn something more, but for now we are waiting on Google.
