Hi @JacobA
Good question.
Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to help us have more context along with the encountered error?

Sure thing, I’ve attached a clip of each step of the transfer but blocked out names and email addresses. I will confirm though that the email in pt3 and pt4 are the same email.
@JacobA
Can you post a screenshot of the encountered error?
@JacobA
Make sure you have the correct GCal account connected: https://zapier.com/app/connections
Error: 403 Forbidden when adding events
This usually indicates you do not have permissions to edit or add events to the calendar you picked.
To fix this, ask the calendar owner to give you editing privileges on Google Calendar, and then reconnect your Google Calendar account in Zapier.
About Google Calendar's Integration
- Admin/owner permissions - You need to have permissions to edit or add events to the calendar you wish to build Zaps on before being able to use the Google Calendar integration.

Well that’s why I’m confused, it’s my calendar and I’ve done this before.
@JacobA
Perhaps check the settings of your GCal.
Try removing then reconnecting GCal to Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
@Troy Tessalone I did that as well, I also restarted the entire thing from scratch.

If you have a Zapier paid plan, you can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support for assistance: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue.

Nay, I did not. I just ended up manually editing every calendar event to do it.
Darn it. Thanks for the info
Hi @Kegglest,
Could you please confirm the permissions on the Google Calendar for the connection used in the Zap?
Please take into consideration that if your account is managed through work, you may need to reach to your account’s admin to help you check that, and edit the permissions.
@JacobA, you mentioned that you are the owner of the calendar. Have you tried deleting your current Google Calendar connection and creating a new one?
I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
