From the Arthur integration the trigger selected is new Viewing in the Arthur calendar and the fields selected are {{26386nnnn__Viewing Date}} and {{26386nnnn__Viewing Time}}.

Specifying these variables in the Google Calendar event creation creates the entry on the correct {{26386nnnn__Viewing Date}} but puts the event in at the time the zap runs rather than {{26386nnnn__Viewing Time}}.

The date and time fields are separate in Arthur but a single field in Google Calendar.

Is there a way to merge the 2 fields into a single one for Google Calendar?

Thanks

Hi @FrancoisJ,

Welcome to the Community.

If your Google Calendar entries from ArthurOnline are triggered at the wrong time, it may be due to formatting or merging issues with the date and time fields. Ensure the date and time format from ArthurOnline matches Google Calendar’s ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm). If the date and time are separate, use Zapier’s Formatter tool to merge them into a compatible format. Also, ensure that time zones in ArthurOnline, Zapier, and Google Calendar are aligned. After making these adjustments, test your Zap.
