I am in the process of setting up a Zap between Google Calendar and ActiveCollab. So a calendar event in Google to a Task in ActiveCollab.

I have tested and it is working fine but I am not able to select, date, time, assignee within the configuration section. I can only select, Project, task list, task name and task body. I have tried all options given to me by Copilot and chat but nothing has worked. I must be doing something wrong as this information is critical with a Calendar event.

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.

Appears the Active Collab Zap action to Create Task only supports those 4 fields.

NOTE: Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform, so you may want to try reaching out to Active Collab Support for guidance with their Zap app integration.

If you are trying to use more fields, then you would have to explore using the Active Collab API to create a Task with more fields: https://developers.activecollab.com/api-documentation/v1/projects/elements/tasks/tasks.html

Please keep us updated regarding this one. However, I believe this will fall under the feature request with Active Collab to add more fields to the “Create Task” action step.
