Google Ads error: Resource name 'customers/2118185097/conversionActions/Rezi 35 Lead Form Submission' is malformed

Has anyone ever seen this error while trying to test their Zap? 

Failed to create an offline conversion in Google Ads

Resource name 'customers/2118185097/conversionActions/Rezi 35 Lead Form Submission' is malformed: expected 'customers/{customer_id}/conversionActions/{ConversionType.conversion_type_id}'., at conversions[0].conversion_action

 

I keep getting this error and don’t know what the issue is exactly or where it needs to be fixed. This is only in the testing stage. Zap is not live.
