He creado un Zap para que las facturas que recibimos por gmail, extraigan la información más importante y me haga una hoja de calculo en google, con fecha de emisión,el vencimiento, el importe y el proveedor.
Para ello ya tengo todas as facturas desviadas a una etiqueta en gmail, luego puse un gpt que saque la informacion de los pdf y por último la hoja de calculo.
Seguramente me falten pasos o información porque no consigo que pasen los datos a la hoja de calculo.
