When I try to connect a new account from here, I get the following error

The account was able to connect before, but not this time.

Can someone please tell me how to deal with this?

It looks like you’re running into a throttling issue in Gmail. The rate-limiting policy of Gmail does not only cover Zapier and the use of Google in Zaps — this covers all activities in the Google account: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22839?hl=en#zippy=%2Cyou-have-reached-a-limit-for-sending-mail

I would recommend checking other activities or connections to the Google account apart from Zapier and see if there's anything that can be turned off or minimized. I would also recommend reconnecting the Google accounts used (Gmail or Google Sheets) through the My Apps page: https://zapier.com/app/connections
