Hi,
I’m seeking help on how to create a zap that allows for when a new transaction comes in from Givebutter, it creates an opportunity in Salesforce. The zap flow goes from Create Transaction > Find Record > Create Opportunity Record.
The zap goes through properly when I do a test run but when I make it active, it doesn’t assign a contact to the opportunity record and the name is blank. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? I’m currently using NPSP for Salesforce.

Were you able to get this solved? If you did, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This could be super helpful to others that are also having trouble assigning contacts to opportunity records. 🙏
And if not, can you share some screenshots of the Zap’s setup as Troy mentioned so we can check the selected fields and settings are all correct. Remember to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
