Question

ToDoist tasks no longer being created when pipeline stages change in GoHighLevel

Hello.
I’m trying to figure and troubleshoot GoHigh Level and ToDoist automation.

The breakdown is as follows-

The client moves through the pipeline in GHL and each pipeline update tasks are created in ToDoist.

I had the automations working initially but for some reason they stopped working and now with new clients going through the pipeline they are not working at all.

in addition to this, I’m also trying to figure out how to get tasks to note come due on a weekend but default to the next workday.

Thank you in advance for anyone who can help me.

Hey @patrickp,

The Zap may stop working for a lot of reasons. Common one is trigger data may have changed and you have to configure the mapping again. Please post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context.

For your second workflow, you can use Formatter and Paths to achieve this. You can use Formatter → Date/Time → Format to detect whether it’s a weekend or weekday for paths. Here is a helpful article about using Paths in Zapier- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288555917-Add-branching-logic-to-Zaps-with-Paths. After this you can add 1 or 2 days to the date whether it’s a Saturday or Sunday using Formatter → Date/Time → Add/Subtract Time. Hope it helps!

@patrickp

As Sparsh notes, there could be a few things going on here. The first place to check would be the History tab. Check to see if there are any errors or filter steps affecting the zaps. And try to cross reference with a previous successful run of the zap to see if that gives any clues.

If you want help picking through this, I’m a Zapier expert - feel free to contact me :)
