I have tried their automation template of posting from google sheets to Youtube, But it was not working as youtube is not picking the video in drive via link hence I have added drive connection & it was showing sucessful but getting the error-

This YouTube step is pending because you’ve met your plan limit.

Can anybody suggest if I can solve it via same template or going for a paid plan is the only option.

@ken.a I checked the solutions in the given link by troy but it doesnt help my problem. Using the one of the drive to youtube solution mentioned in the link too tedious as I have make following files for each video such as - caption, title and tags to pick up by the drive. Rather than making this I will directly post on daily basis rather than automating. The ideal workflow will be Google Sheets(trigger when particular column is updated like date & time)- Google Drive(Pick Video)- Youtube(pick data such as caption, title & tags from google sheet & video from google drive & then proceed posting based on the time & date mentioned in the google sheet. But doing that is throwing the error as mentioned above. If its a free subscription issue let me know.

Hi @Nikhileshr,

Thanks for providing an update here.

I did some digging into this, and it seems like If you're on a Free or Trial Zapier plan, you're limited to uploading up to 5 videos in a 24-hour period with the YouTube app. To fix held Zap runs, wait 24 hours, and you can replay them.

You can learn more about that here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495991159693-Common-Problems-with-YouTube#h_01HA9NSTX67K1WN7WGRVWBWMM5

Hopefully, this helps.
