Getting Test successful message in Zapier, but not receiving message in Lark

I have been working to integrate Hubspot with Lark via Zapier for notifications. When the contact is created in a specific Hubspot list, It needs to be triggered and sent a notification to Lark. While the Zapier's platform displays “Test Successful”, I'm facing an issue where I'm not getting messages in Lark. 

Not sure what would be the reason. Please help, Thanks!

Make sure you are using the updated version of Lark.

Check the DATA OUT tab for more context.

 

Can you post screenshots with how the Lark action step is configured?

In the Lark DATA OUT you can see the Message ID, which you should be able to use to lookup the Message in Lark.

Also, notice the field “msg” has no value, so that may be a reason why.

How to lookup the message in Lark using the message ID?, Here all information have get from Hubspot and added to the receiver ID. But the Field ‘msg’ has no value. How to fix this?
