Getting no options available when Zapier attempts to find a timestamp field in Airtable. But it appears that a timestamp field exists.

Hi @sohamb

Click the field label to see a tooltip with more info.

The field needs to be a LAST MODIFIED TIME field type.

Hey @sohamb!👋

Just checking in here. Were you able to get a Last Modified Time field selected in the end?

If not, or you’re still stuck at all just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further! 🙂

i was. thank you. I need some help understanding if the Zap I’m trying to create is even possible however. We have an Airtable that has the following columns. Once a record is moved to the last column, we want to tag users in Intercom of that specific region, and send them a message of the name of the facility.

This is the Zap as currently constructed.

I don’t know if it’s possible to:

  1. trigger the message once a record is moved into the last column
  2. tag users of that specific region (that matches with our existing users in Intercom)
  3. then message all users who have that tag, not just a specific email

Hi there @sohamb,

Does the Airtable trigger return the name of the users you have in Intercom? If so, you’d need to add a “Find User” action in Intercom for you to configure the “Add Tag to Contact” and “Send Message to Contact” actions since they are looking for the Contact ID from Intercom.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
