Hi, New to Zapier. I have setup my Zap and  tried to create the information that is sent to Wordpress. Some of the information like the title and description is making it to wordpress but there is alot of information that is not included. Eg start and end dates etc.

How do I get the image from Humanitix to be sent and then when I am in wordpress, if I try and view the page it says the page cannot be found.

If someone could help me or point me in the right direction with setting up my zap to be used with humanitix and Wordpress events calendar correctly that would great.

Does the Zap work with any other event plugins in wordpress or Just The Events Calendar?

Hi @treis, welcome to the Community! 🎉

Sorry to see no one’s reached out here yet. Were you since able to get this solved? If so, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This could be really helpful to others having similar issues 🙏

And if not, does the Humanitix trigger provide a direct link to the image? If you could show the fields output by the Humanitix trigger that would help us to better see if there’s a field you could potentially use to pass the image over to WordPress.

With the missing data can you share a screenshot showing what fields and settings have been selected for the WordPress action? That’ll help us to get a bit more context on why not all the information is being sent over to WordPress as expected. Just be sure to use a tool like Zappy to remove any sensitive info like names, emails etc. before sharing since this is a public space.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
