Getting a "The app did not respond in time" error from Bitrix24

I got “The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” When I tried to add deal to Bitrix24. What is the problem? How can I fix it? Thank you in advance!

It looks like the Zap ran into a timeout error when attempting to send or get information from the Bitrix24 CRM app.

When a Zap makes a request, it waits around 30 seconds for a response. If the app takes longer than 30 seconds to respond, then it’ll give a timeout error like the one the Zap ran into here. Essentially the error is saying that the Zap didn't hear back from Bitrix24 in time to know whether or not the request was successful. 

Can you take a look in Bitrix24 CRM and confirm whether the deal was added successfully? I’m thinking that it could be that the Zap was able to create the deal but we didn’t receive a message back from Bitrix24 in time to confirm that it was created.
