GetResponse - Can't find trigger for when contact unsubscribes

I’m attempting to build my first Zap integrating our GetResponse instance with Quickbase. I am working on a fairly simple integration of “When a contact unsubscribes from GetResponse, update the relevant contact in Quickbase”. Both systems have a “Identifier” field that aligns between the two but I am not sure how to start my trigger with a “Deleted” or “Removed” contact trigger. Is this possible?

Hi there @NSCAIGlobal,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Unfortunately, the “New Unsubscribe” trigger for GetResponse is not supported at the moment. However, we have an existing feature request for this exact functionality. I have added you to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hopefully, this helps.
