FundEasy Triggers Working?

I am new to Zapier and recently set up a Zap to connect FundEasy to Bloomerang.  This Zap gets triggered whenever someone registers for any event in FundEasy.  I did not see any traffic in the community about FundEasy usage, so just checking on the possibility that someone else has run into this issue.  I have verified that my Zap is published and turned on, but when I register a test user in FE nothing is happening in Zapier and nothing is getting created in Bloomerang.

You can go into the trigger step and click on Find new Record and see if the test records that you have created are showing in the list or not.

Hi @Mike McAndrew

Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform, so you may have to try reaching out to FundEasy Support for help.

Check your Zap Run history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Yes, I did check the run history but nothing in the list since the zap was published.  I tried several attempts and checked that the connections were good to FundEasy, but no joy.

Yes, thanks, that helped me to figure out what was going on.  It kept pulling the same person from an event back in 2016, so I finally figured out that in FundEasy you have to give the Zapier integration access to specific events before it can access them.  Once I did that everything worked.
