Formidable Forms connection not populating forms when added as trigger

We have connected Formidable Forms correctly and when we test the connection it shows as successful.  However when adding Formidable as a trigger the forms do not populate in the drop down to choose a specific form.  When adding the name of the form manually, the fields do not populate in the test of the trigger.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm @AIFSMarketing let’s see if I can help! I’m wondering if this has something to do with permissions. Are you the owner of the forms? Additionally, which Trigger are you using to kick off this Zap? It’s a bit cut off in the screenshots above. I’m assuming New Entry but want to be sure.
