Question

Form submission automation from ManyChat to Kajabi is not working.

I am having trouble making this zap work. 

 

In manychat I created a custom email field. When someone sends their email address I want it to create a form submission in kajabi. 

The test looked perfect and did what it was supposed to do. I went into kajabi and saw the new email address added. 

But it isnt performing the automation.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with how your Manychat is configured.
