Hey all! I have a very basic 2 step Zap. I’m API an appointment over to another GHL. the first trigger is pipeline updated to booked appointment. Then the idea is to add it to a pre-call workflow. I’ve connect both accounts, one to each step but on step 2 the correct tags aren’t populating. All the correct field are there and copy exactly what that account has but it’s pulling the tags from another account. How do I fix this?
Hi
For us to have info about what you are referring to, post these screenshots:
- how your Zap steps are outlined
- how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
Outline a specific detailed example for us to have more context.
e.g. I expected X to happen, but Y happened.

I don’t see anything related to specific variables labeled with “tag” or what appear to “tag” values in your screenshots.
The Tag field label in the screenshot below is a single input field that lets you specify tags by delimiting them with a comma.

Yeah i’m confused. So I have the workflow ID selected that I want to trigger for the which workflow to start. Do i Need to add a tag? Or does just have the name, last name, phone number and email enough to trigger the workflow?
This is the error i’m getting

Tags are an optional field in the Zap step.
All depends on how the GHL automation trigger is configured.
We would need more info about how the GHL automation triggered is configured to have more context.
Error is related to the Lead Source field.

Hey
Just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on. Did changing the value in the Lead Source field resolve the issue, or are you still seeing that error?
