Primary issue:

I use Zapier to set up a zoom meeting for new events through Calendly.

The zap is scheduling 2 zoom meetings, instead of one.

One zoom meeting is scheduled correctly, the second zoom meeting is made one hour earlier and doesn’t include the name of the meeting invitee. Why is this happening?

I have tried repeatedly to create the zap, it’s straightforward, I don’t know what the problem is.

Secondary issue:

When I cancel the meeting on Calendly, it deletes the first / correct zoom meeting, but leaves the second / random meeting there.

What is going on?

Hi @ronit

Why not use the native Zoom integration with Calendly to handle the Zoom meetings?

Hi there, @ronit 👋

Just came across this and noticed you also reached out to our Support team. They identified that the two meetings being created were slightly different, and it looks like there may be a secondary automation, either directly in Zoom or Calendly, that’s creating the second meeting.

Were you able to get to the bottom of what was causing it—could it have been the native Zoom/Calendly integration Troy mentioned?

Keep us posted on how it’s going, keen to make sure this gets sorted. 🙂
