I created a zap to create a Google Sheet row when a DocuSign with a specific data field is sent. I tested it successfully many times. I had to add additional fields to the DocuSign so I sent a test document today but the zap did not create a new row. So I went back to edit the zap, but “find new records” is not finding the document I sent today. I have waited hours and refreshed over and over again, but the records it is pulling are getting older and older. What am I doing wrong?

Update I even tried creating a new zap to see if I could pull the test record but it isn’t loading there either. I’m stumped and frustrated.

To troubleshoot the issue, check that the trigger event is set correctly, such as "New Envelope Status" or "Envelope Sent/Completed." Ensure the data field you're tracking in Docusign is appropriately set up and confirm the document status is "sent" or "completed." Test the trigger step and review the Zap history for errors. Reconnect your Docusign account in Zapier if needed.
