I’m using Jira for zapier over here,

My issue is that, I have created a trigger for when a jira ticket is being updated. 

I want to check when a specific customfield is being updated an email will be sent out. 

I was also looking into creating like a list/radio button for when an issue is updated and that customfield is updated and the resend email button/list has been checked when the issue updated to send out an email. But it’s not working. Please help.

Can you share a screenshot of your filter and from Zap history a log of the filter now working? It’ll help us understand better. 


Hi @robschmidt , I’ll do that. But there is no log. Cause after this trigger there is no email that is being sent out
