Filter out every n-th item from a lineitem or Printful order shipped

How would I separaste the 1,3,5,7,etc links passed from a printful order shipped trigger.

 

The items ordered pass two links into “Items Thumbnail URL” where the 2nd URL is the desirable URL to keep out of the two for any item ordered. 

 

I have 6 URLS and want every other URL from the item I cant seem to separate or truncate the right way, I want it to be dynamic to accommodate orders of different sizes

Try using some of the Formatter > Utilities > options.
