Hi, I created the following but it appears to be broken.

  1. Form completed on HubSpot
  2. Zapier Filter condition text is an exact match ‘yes’ responding to an SMS opt in question (Slecting Yes or No is compulsary on the form)
  3. Add contact to ClickSend list

However, the zap is also adding people who select ‘no’. Does anyone know why this is happenign and how I can fix it please?

For proof, we would need to see screenshots from your Zap Runs history details showing the DATA IN/OUT for your filter step.

Things to check/try...

  • Check if the variable value has leading/trailing extra spaces as that would be not an exact match
  • Try changing the Filter operator from “exactly matches” to “contains”
