Hi, my Zap which is supposed to automatically send a file to a dropbox is not working and not showing any zap history despite the fact that we successfully tested it. I would greatly appreciate some assistance.

Hi @username1

Good question.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have context.

Happy to provide! What exactly would you need to see? Shouldn’t zap history be available regardless of how the Zap steps are configured?

@username1

The Zap steps will help us have context about why there might not be any Zap Runs history.

Thanks so much for your help @Troy Tessalone! Once again, the test for this ran perfectly. Not sure why it’s not working when published and no history to show either

@username1

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Has there been new data?

@Troy Tessalone

By new data do you mean new cases where the trigger should have been activated? Yes.
