Hi , 

 

I have a custom object - Training and i want to create zap that to create google calendar even when training record is created . 

Fields to Map :

  • Company Name (Associations)
  • Contact Name and email(Associations)
  • Meeting Date (Custom Field)
  • Summary of event (Implementation - {{Customer Name }

The issues is that the fields from the record page don’t show up for field mapping and neither the associations. 

 

Request assistance resolve this .

If you're having trouble mapping fields from a custom object to a Google Calendar event in Zapier, ensure Zapier has the correct permissions to access your data. Try refreshing your trigger data in the Zap editor and confirm the field types are compatible with Google Calendar (for example, dates must be in a supported format). If issues persist, it helps to clarify which app your custom object, like "Training," is coming from for more tailored support.

Just wanted to check how you got on with Jammer’s suggestions here—was it an issue with the permissions for HubSpot account? 

If not, could it be that you need to select the missing fields from the trigger under the Additional properties to retrieve section?

Please keep us posted on how it’s going, want to make sure this Zap gets up and running! 🙂
