Hi,

I have a zap moving a lead from the Meta Business Lead Center (not Lead Ads) to my CRM but it is not automatically triggering. 

The zap works in the test environment, 

To answer the other questions:

  • The ZAP is on;
  • I'm running the free version (I'm testing Zapier out)
  • I have, and have granted, all the FB Admin permissions
  •

FB Lead Ads is a Premium Zap app integration which requires a Zapier paid plan to use in Zaps that are turned ON.

Can we take this offline? 

At the time, that was not the issue because I was trying to run it during my trial period. This has now expired, and it has become the secondary reason.

I am considering an upgrade, but I have some questions about the packages you offer.
