Fathom Transcript to Claude: Network Error

I’m trying to create a simple zap, but it’s not working. Here’s what I have: https://share.zight.com/L1uwrKzw

 

Does anyone know how to fix this so that it works? I’ve double-checked the Anthropic API and have credits.

For us to have more info about the Zap step error, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hey ​@zapbeginner2025 👋

Just came across this and had a look at Anthropic’s status page that Troy shared a link to. Seems like there were some incidents reported around the time you wrote in about this. Did those “Network Error” errors disappear once the incidents were resolved? Or are you still getting those errors?

Keep us posted on how things are going, want to make sure you’re all set! 🙂
